Table Structure

The interface is structured as a table with the columns such as actions, subject, batch, fees, hours, branch. Each row in the table represents a subject with its respective details.

Add Subjects

• Add Subjects

  To add a new subject, click on the button at the top of the table. This will open a form where you can input the details for the new subject, including the academic year, branch, course, batch, subject, fees per hour, and total allotted hours. After filling in the necessary details, click "Save changes" to add the subject to the list.

• • Fees Per Hour

    Here we can enter the hourly fee of the teacher for a particular subject.

  • Total Allotted Hour

    Here we can enter the total number of hours allotted for the subject.

  • Close

    Used to close the form without saving any changes.

  • Save Changes

    After filling in the necessary details, click "Save changes" to add the subject to the list.

• Edit details

  To edit details, click on the pencil icon next to the subject you wish to modify. This will open a form with the current details of the subject fee and Allotted hours. Make the necessary changes and click "Save changes" to update the subject information.

• • Fees Per Hour

    From here we can edit the hourly fee of the teacher for a particular subject.

  • Total Allotted Hour

    From here we can edit the total number of hours allotted for the subject.

Delete Subject

• Delete Subject

  To delete a subject, click on the "X" icon next to the subject you wish to remove. Confirm the deletion if prompted to ensure the subject is permanently removed from the list.
