Branch Master

The Branch master interface is a comprehensive tool for managing branch details within the system. This interface allows for the addition, updating, and management of branches of an institute, ensuring that all relevant data is accurately maintained and easily accessible. Displays a list of all branches currently registered in the system. Each branch entry includes key information such as the branch name, address, bank details, and GST information and biometrics.

How To Add New Branch

How To Add New Branch

To add a new branch click on the () "New Branch", a popup screen will appear, enter the official full name of the branch. A shortened version of the branch name for easier reference, permanent account number associated with the branch, GST number for the branch, complete address of the branch, comprehensive bank account information including name of the account holder, account number, IFSC code, branch name and there's one option to associate the branch with a biometric machine for attendance purpose.

  • Close

    Exits the form without saving any changes.

  • Save Changes

    Saves the new or updated branch information to the system.

How To Edit Branch

Click on the edit icon next to the branch you want to update. As soon as you click on the edit icon, a popup box will appear. Where you can modify the required fields in the "Add/Update Branch" form.

  • Save Changes

    Saves the changes branch information to the system.

  1. Click on the delete icon next to the branch you wish to remove.

  2. Confirm the deletion in the prompt that appears.
