Refund Policy
    At ClassBot, we strive to provide coaching institutes with a powerful and reliable platform to manage their operations efficiently. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is requested. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are applicable.
    Annual Subscription Plans
    
      - Refunds are eligible only within 7 days of payment for new annual subscriptions, provided the user has not initiated any customization or used premium support services.
 
      - After the 7-day window, no refunds will be issued for annual plans.
 
      - Partial refunds for unused months are not provided under any circumstances once the refund window has passed.
 
    
    Customization & Development Charges
    
      - Customization work is quoted and billed separately.
 
      - Once payment is made for customization, it is non-refundable, regardless of project progress.
 
      - If a client chooses to cancel a customization mid-way, no partial refund will be issued for the work already done.
 
    
    Server and Maintenance Charges
    
      - Dedicated server and maintenance fees are billed annually.
 
      - These charges are non-refundable once the server setup is initiated.
 
    
    
    Technical Issues or Downtime
    
      - In the rare event of extended downtime (more than 72 hours consecutively), clients may request service credit (not a cash refund), which can be applied toward future billing cycles.
 
    
    Ineligible Refund Scenarios
    Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
    
      - Change of mind after the refund window.
 
      - Poor internet or device compatibility on the client’s end.
 
      - Lack of usage of the platform.
 
      - Dissatisfaction due to uncommunicated expectations.
 
      - Delays caused by client-side feedback, content, or approvals.
 
    
    How to Request Refund
    To request a refund (within the applicable window), please email us at info@classbot.in with the subject line “Refund Request - [Your Institute Name]”, including:
    
      - Date of Payment
 
      - Reason for Refund
 
      - Payment mode and transaction reference
 
    
    All requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days, and eligible refunds will be processed within 10 working days via the original mode of payment.
    Disputes and Chargebacks
    If a chargeback is raised without attempting resolution through our support team, ClassBot reserves the right to:
    
        - Suspend your account and services
 
        - Deny future access to any premium features or customizations
